Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The wrong item was delivered.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Customized products
• Sale or discounted items

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is received, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
